When you decide to rent out a property it is important that you chose the right agent, one who is regulated and qualified. We believe that Able Estates are the best and we are confident about this statement as a healthy proportion of our staff are Landlords themselves.

We really do understand how important it is to have an Agent who works alongside you and works in your best interests. The Government are making it harder and harder for private Landlords with many legislation changes over the recent years. Able Estates we are focused on delivering the best possible customer service, keeping up to date with legislation changes so that you don’t have to.

We are a one stop shop for Landlords who want peace of mind and to keep, what can be your largest asset on track. We pride ourselves on being the agent that our customers return to again and again. We look after hundreds of properties day in day out. Letting & Managing properties is what we do, and we do it well!

As Landlords ourselves, we work on the basis that we would never put anyone in your property that we would consider not suitable for one of our own. This ethos has worked well for us over the last 23 years and means our Landlords are offered a quality tenant who will have been referenced fully by an independent company. This extra care and attention to detail are just two reasons as to why we are successful at what we do. Our knowledge of legislation, compliance, tax, and property sourcing make us stand out against other local agents who offer a Letting service in addition to Sales. As a company Lettings is not considered a side business to the Sales departments.

We have let thousands of properties on an Introduction Only service over the years with many Landlords returning with their business time and time again. We have over 300 properties currently being managed and our portfolio has been built on recommendations and repeat business since we started our lettings department in 97’.

The Lettings & Management team all live and work in the areas we cover so we know and understand the local area.

We utilise the best available sources to market your property to maximum effect. This includes superior digital advertising with excellent property descriptions, regular mail-shots and call-outs to suitable tenants on our dedicated mailing list and a colour display in both of our offices. Our properties are advertised on property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location, Facebook & Twitter. Please consider allowing a ‘To Let’ board to be erected (if allowed) as this is a great marketing tool which gives 24/7 advertisement.

Throughout marketing our lettings team will keep all customers updated on progress providing feedback following viewings and regular suggestions on how to improve your chances of securing a quick let, so if you have a property to let locally then give us a call, send an email or visit our one of our offices or pop in for a friendly chat and a coffee. We offer a Free Valuation and a Free Information Pack. We would love to help you with your investment regardless of what type of service you require.
