The services we provide are:
Introduction Only Service – Market the property, introduce the tenant, take up references and prepare/sign the Tenancy Agreement and pass over the 1st months rent and deposit.
Rent Collection Service - As above PLUS provide you with an inventory, provide rent recovery & legal cover & collect the rent.
Full Management Service - As above PLUS register the Tenants deposit with the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme), carry out periodic visits, arrange maintenance. After the tenancy has begun a dedicated team of 4 will be looking after your property.
