A brand new story in the Daily Mail this morning, 'What buyers really notice about your house'. A very interesting story on how a new technology has been made to let us know what actually catches peoples eye when viewing properties and what within the house leaves a positive or negative impacts.
"When flicking through property photos, buyers are drawn to bright colours — as well as any unusual objects. Another feature that caught the eye were little human touches, like family photos or personal decorations - with study participants often lingering on images where these family or personal elements were present.
