Today we are at the Propertymark Kent Conference.
This gives us the chance to spend some time with our peers, sharing information, knowing our common goal is to be best Agent that we can possibly be... informed and up to date.
Today's meeting will touch on : Current industry issues, any changes or new legal obligations, any changes or news about Business Compliance and Best Practice. There are talks from Robert Bolwell who is a Partner & Head of Department for Dutton Gregory. We also have a talk from a representative of the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) with updates following changes to their website.
Pen & paper is at the ready to take notes so that we can pass any news on our Landlords.
