I bought and rented out my property through Able Estates and had great experiences both times. Most recently I rented out my flat and the lettings agent Sarah was friendly, set realistic expectations and was happy/able to answer all of my questions. Sarah was really responsive to my emails/phone calls and I felt supported throughout the whole process. There was a real emphasis on finding the right tenant, which as a first time landlord helped me to feel at ease and made the process relatively stress free. The property was rented out quickly, despite there being a few hold backs from my end. I would highly recommend Able Estates if you are looking for honest estate agents who will take the stress out of renting. B Epps
