Able Estates Ltd are looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our Abbey Wood branch.
The position can be adapted for one full time role or 2 part time roles:
Full Time: 5 day week including every Saturday
Part Time: 2, 3 or 4 days - working alternate Saturday's
You will need to have Lettings experience or have worked in the industry.
You will need to be confident, able to work well individually, and as part of a successful team.
Applicants must have their own car, a clean driving licence & business insurance, as a car allowance will be paid.
The role entails:
* Being front of office/the 1st point of contact for Landlords and prospective/current tenants.
* Arranging & attending viewings and any subsequent administration to update all parties.
* Liaising with Landlords in connection with legal requirements for Lettings.
The salary will be tailored to the hours worked, experience and capabilities.
