Agent (And His Dog) Hand Household Intruder Over To Police

Date Published 26 April 2013

The most surprising aspect about the estate agent who woke to find an intruder trying to get into his house was not that the police weren’t interested (they let him go), but the role of his dog.

The pet labrador woke and alerted his owner, Tim Ferris, of Ferris & Co in Kent.

EAT has a labrador and frankly, we always thought that if an intruder tried to force entry, the office dog would offer the usual effusive greeting and escort the villain to the family silver vaults, helpfully pointing out the widescreen and other sundries on the way.

Clearly, Tim’s labrador is made of more vigilant stuff. We`re impressed by the dog – and, of course, by Tim.
