Instructing your agent

Once you have decided to proceed with selling your property we will confirm the terms that we have agreed in writing via our terms of business. Both parties will sign these and they will form the basis for the agreement between us.

Advertising

We understand that excellent presentation and maximum exposure plays a key role in achieving the best price. Via extensive advertising and exposure on the key property portals we expose your house to the maximum possible audience.

Viewing

It is well worth making sure your property, both inside and outside, is presented in its best light to ensure it will appeal to the widest possible audience. So tidy and de-clutter as much as possible. We will provide feedback after every viewing, either by telephone or email, as required.

Sale agreed

Once a suitable purchaser has been introduced and terms agreed, communication is vital to ensure the sale proceeds to a satisfactory conclusion. Liaising with solicitors, purchasers and vendors we will make sure that the sale remains on track through to a successful exchange of contracts and, in the event that difficulties are encountered, that no time is lost before exchange of contracts.

Completion day

Always stressful! We will hold the keys until completion and given instructions to release the keys by your solicitor.
