Building on over 12 years successful property management experience, Able Estates have naturally progressed into Block and Estate Management. Block management is quite a unique form of property management requiring specialized skills and an indepth knowledge of legislation not normally found within the average residential letting agency.

Able Estates provide a bespoke service offering quality and value. In doing so we aim to not only manage but enhance the value and living experience of each managed block. To do this we work closely with reputable contractors, the freeholders, leaseholders and representatives of residential management associations.

Working strictly in accordance with the housing Act 1988, our experienced staff utilize their real understanding of what is involved in effective and detailed block management.
