Traditionally England has always been known as a nation of homeowners, this is no longer strictly true. Since Able Estates opened in 1997 we have seen the lettings side of the business steadily grow. To satisfy the number of people now renting properties of all kinds, increasingly investors are buying properties to let. We pride ourselves in matching the right tenants with the right properties for them, as well as being able to arrange Buy-to-Let mortgages for the investors.

Landlords, we offer a Let Only Service where we introduce the tenant, take up references and arrange the tenancy agreement.

We also offer a Management Service, where we look after the property for you. This includes Rent Guarantee, legal cover, subscription to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, Property Inspections and arranging maintenance.
