Inventories
Due to the Tenants Deposit Protection Scheme under the Housing Act 2004 from 06 April 2007, all deposits taken by Landlords under Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) in England and Wales must be protected by a tenancy deposit protection scheme. It is an essential requirement of the TDS that an inventory be compiled to support any dilapidations against the deposit.
INVENTORY PRICE LIST
We provide a fully printed schedule of the Fixtures and Fittings and their conditions, including a check-in inspection and required amendments and a check-out inspection as follows:-

Upon change-over of Tenants, a Check-out inspection will be carried out at the property, any amendments will be made to the document, a re-print will be produced and a ‘Check-in’ inspection conducted with a representative of Able Estates. The price for this is £75.00
